Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and sa999 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the sa999 website located at sa999.cam and all associated content, features and services (collectively, the "Service").

3.4 Single Account

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one account on the Operator's platform. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances, subject to the Operator's own terms.

Account Registration & Rules

4.1 Registration Information

4.4 Account Currency

Terms of Use

Deposits & Payments

All deposit and payment processing is handled exclusively by the Operator, not by sa999. The following informational provisions apply to how deposit-related content is presented on this Platform:

6.1 Payment Method References

sa999 may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual and informational purposes only. These references do not constitute endorsement by those providers of gambling activity, nor do they imply that such providers have approved or facilitated any transaction with the Operator. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination of your access, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately expire. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law provisions — shall remain in full force.

The Operator's own account suspension and termination rights are governed by the Operator's terms and conditions and are independent of sa999's rights under these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence, which may be an international jurisdiction (such as, but not limited to, Malta, Isle of Man, Gibraltar or Curaçao). Users are subject to those laws in addition to the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration forums of the applicable governing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law in your country of residence, including statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Amendments

sa999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
